Corporate sourcing is a supply chain, purchasing/procurement, and inventory function. Corporate sourcing takes place when the different divisions of a corporation work together in procurement and distribution. This collaboration often enables the corporation to become eligible for deeper discounts due to larger quantities. The Sarbanes–Oxley Act deals specifically with corporate sourcing.
