eService is a concept created by Hewlett Packard. This is when the internet is being taken beyond just e-commerce and shifting into a new phase where a business service can be available for a business and/or consumer all using the internet. An example of e-services, would be companies like Shutterfly where you can submit photos on the internet and have those photos printed into things like calendars, coffee mugs, books, etc.
