A Fulfillment Service Provider (FSP) is an organization that manages and executes part or all of a company's fulfillment process, utilizing its own assets and resources. The process allows a company to stick to its core competencies and allow an FSP with a high degree of expertise in fulfillment to complete their needs and not have to invest heavily in the staffing, warehousing, fleet, and other expenses that could be incurred with handling fulfillment internally.
