A pack-box is a large case of merchandise, broken down and combined with other products into smaller case packs for distribution to retail stores. The pack-box may be in large glass cases which are locked.  Usually, the only sealed boxes customers could purchase in a retail store are called "blaster boxes".  Blaster boxes are sent directly from the factory to the retailer and clearly stated "for full box sales only - do not open". These boxes have advantages, including "free packs" which the customer would not receive if only purchasing an individual pack.
