The term buyer behavior is the way consumers purchase their products and services. The customer-oriented concept finds out the wants, needs, and desires of customer.  This type of concept gets a feel for resources of the business to deliver a need satisfying product and service. The three needs to understand are:  
•             Why consumers make the purchases that they make? 
•             What factors influence consumer purchases? 
•             The changing factors in our society.
